Acceptable Use Policy
The activities that are not permitted on our site or services.
1. Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) describes activities that are prohibited when using the website, booking platform, and services of HRGC Sessions LLC. It supplements our Terms of Service. We may update it as needed to protect our clients, our specialists, our partners, and the public.
2. Prohibited activities
You may not use the Site, the booking platform, or the Services to:
- Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right;
- Infringe intellectual-property rights or misappropriate trade secrets or confidential information;
- Upload or transmit malware, ransomware, or other harmful code;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, networks, or data, or probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system without authorization;
- Send spam or unsolicited communications, or harvest contact information for such purposes;
- Make fraudulent, duplicate, or bad-faith bookings, or repeatedly fail to attend booked sessions in order to disrupt scheduling;
- Engage in fraud or other unlawful activity;
- Record, transcribe, or monitor a session without the specialist’s consent, or harass, threaten, or abuse a specialist or our staff;
- Create, host, or distribute content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, or sexually exploitative;
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Site, the booking or video platform, or the Services;
- Copy, redistribute, resell, sublicense, or publicly share our session notes, recommendations, written guidance, templates, session formats, or methodologies except as permitted by your license in the Terms or by law; or
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation, or rely on our sessions or deliverables in a way that misstates our work.
3. Sessions and engagements
We provide session-based advisory services only for lawful business and professional purposes. We will not knowingly advise on, or prepare guidance intended to facilitate, unlawful, deceptive, or otherwise prohibited activities. We may decline, reschedule, or discontinue a session or engagement that conflicts with this AUP or with the acceptable-use policies of our payment, scheduling, and platform partners. Our sessions are advisory; you are responsible for the lawful implementation and use of any recommendation a specialist provides.
4. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate access to the Site, the booking platform, or the Services, cancel bookings, remove content, and report unlawful activity to the appropriate authorities. Violations may also be a breach of our Terms.
