Payment security (PCI-DSS)
Card payments are processed exclusively by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment service provider. Card data is entered directly into Stripe’s secure checkout; HRGC Sessions LLC does not collect, process, or store full card numbers, CVV codes, or magnetic-stripe data on its own systems.

Sessions mean we are often trusted with sensitive business information. We process client and personal data lawfully and only for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy — scheduling and preparing sessions, capturing notes and action items, and communicating with you. We apply least-privilege access, encrypt data in transit (TLS/HTTPS), and bind every specialist and team member to confidentiality. We honor applicable privacy rights, including those under U.S. state laws (such as the CCPA) and the GDPR where it applies.

We send SMS text messages — such as booking confirmations and session reminders — only to people who have given prior express consent (for example, by checking an opt-in box on our contact form), and consent is never a condition of booking a session. Our messaging program is consistent with the U.S. Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and carrier A2P 10DLC registration requirements.
